Introduction

StockyShift ("the App") is a purchase order and low stock alert application for Shopify merchants. By installing and using StockyShift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Service Description

StockyShift provides Shopify merchants with tools to:

• Track product inventory levels and set reorder points
• Generate and manage purchase orders
• Send purchase orders to vendors via email (with PDF attachments)
• Receive inventory against purchase orders and sync stock levels back to Shopify
• Receive low-stock alert emails

Billing and Subscriptions

StockyShift is a paid application. By installing the App, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee shown during checkout. Billing is handled entirely through Shopify's Billing API and will appear on your regular Shopify invoice.

• Free trial: A 7-day free trial is provided upon installation. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Charges begin: After your trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged monthly through Shopify.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Your Responsibilities

As a user of StockyShift, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vendor information when creating purchase orders
• Ensure you have the right to share vendor email addresses with us for order delivery
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's Terms of Service

Data Handling

StockyShift accesses your Shopify store's product, inventory, and order data solely to provide the services described above. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and deletion practices.

Limitation of Liability

StockyShift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including inventory discrepancies, lost sales, or vendor communication errors.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

You may terminate these terms at any time by uninstalling StockyShift from your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for violations of these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
